Grey Goose wanted us to create an exclusive and sophisticated experience where social media and press releases could create a buzz about such an experience so as to refresh the brand in the mind of their consumer.
Grey Goose had partnered with the Polo and they wanted to create a custom, high-end picnic experience. It was their first time partnering with Polo in SA.

Vive Le Polo is a staple of the worldwide Grey Goose series of events. So we recreated it. An exclusive event where an exclusive list of people were invited to attend a spectacular picnic on the lawn while taking in the SA National Polo championship happening right next to them.
We created a specially designed a personal invite which was sent out to attendees, once opening, goose feathers fell out of the box with each guest received a bottle of Grey Goose. Attendees, once at the event were greeted by a host who chauffeured via golf cart to the picnic them gave them their own gourmet basket and set them up to eat and enjoy the Polo.
Once the polo ended guests mingled while promotional staff handed out a custom designed and exclusive silver emblem bracelet and were told it was the key to the afterparty. Little did they know we had created a nightclub behind a curtain reveal. Each table was laid with bottle service and their own waitron and for entertainment… SA’s finest DJ’s who stood against a back drop set of a French chateau and onto that we 3D projected custom designed video live edited while guests danced the night away…
